GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF C.U. REGISTRATION FORM

  • Login using your Application No. (Printed as Sub Form No. in the Admission Fee Bank Payment Challan / Confirmation Slip) and Date of Birth. You can also check your Application No. from the portal by using your Form No.
  • CHECK ALL ENTRIES in your C.U. Registration Form carefully and FILL IN THE BLANK FIELDS.
  • Make corrections to your Personal Data if required.
  • If some correction is required in a Non-Editable field report to the College Office immediately.
  • In the next step you will have the option to change the documents submitted during admission if required. You may also be required to upload additional documents (if any). CHANGE THE DOCUMENT ONLY IF NECESSARY.
  • Download and take printout (continuation sheet to be printed on the back side of the same sheet) of TWO COPIES of the C.U. Registration Form.
  • Report at the College Office on the scheduled date with the properly filled in and duly checked C.U. Registration Form and your original HS / Equivalent marksheet carrying the “ADMITTED” stamp on the back side.
  • You must also submit TWO COPIES of Marksheet & TWO COPIES of Admit Card of HS / Equivalent Examination and Copy of SC / ST / OBC Cerificate if applicable (please carry originals).
  • Submit the C.U. Registration Forms at the College Office by the stipulated deadline (check website).
